Apurahalla kustannetaan everstin tai everstiluutnantin arvoisen upseerin vuoden opiskelu- ja asumiskustannukset ulkomaisessa sotakorkeakoulussa.\u00a0 Ensimm\u00e4isen kerran t\u00e4llainen stipendi my\u00f6nnettiin 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Rahaston tuella Yhdysvaltojen National Defence University:ss\u00e4 (NDU) Washington D.C:ss\u00e4 ovat opiskelleet seuraavat upseerit:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eversti Jaro Kes\u00e4nen, College of Information and Cyberspace, NDU<br \/>\n<\/strong>International Fellows program, Master of Science in Government Information Leadership (2020).
